British Waterways Leisure & Business Licence

 

Miss Molly has a valid Leisure & Business Licence which allows her to cruise on all of the 2,000 miles of the British Waterways canal network and a one week passage on the Bridgewater canal. This entitles Miss Molly Cruises to carry fee paying passengers for commercial use.

Insurance.

Miss Molly has full third party and passenger personal accident cover up to £3m in any one accident.  The marine insurance cover is through the well respected broker Collidge and Partners from Margate. The cover is as follows;

Third Party liability £3m
For the carriage of fare paying passengers.
Use of the vessel whilst used as Skipper Charter with a qualified skipper on board and in control of the vessel at all times during use.
